Having lived in Runcorn all of our lives, we saw an opportunity to deliver what we believed was missing.
We want to provide a venue where every customer feels relaxed in a comfortable environment where the customer comes first.
We have worked hard to ensure the perfect drink is poured, live entertainment is the best available, you can have reasonably priced functions and now with our partnership with Turn Up The Base food quality is amazing.

The Lockdown Pub and Kitchen is a new upmarket venue in Runcorn providing top quality products drinks and food at competitive pricing for all types of people and business. Our vision is to create a focal point for the community ensuring the ultimate customer experience with a modern and contemporary design throughout, a feature bar with vibrant atmosphere, staff who are primed to make sure you their focus of attention, and a graceful function room that can cater for any occasion.
Did you know?
That we are free house (no the drinks aren't free for those of our regulars who are ready to call us on this). It just means that we serve and sell all types of beers and are not part of group as we are independently owned.
